Virus checkers testfile
Here you can download an archiv which includes a set of testfiles for virus checkers. These files will be reported as virus infected if your anti-virus system is properly installed. If not you should update or change the system.
AntiVirus authors PGP keys
Load the avkeys file and import it into your PGP installation. See this as an independent source for the keys. The file is signed with my key (thought the individual keys are not, as I never saw the authors personally). Always check the signatures supplied with the Amiga antivirus software to be sure you got no fakes! Get keys from different sources to be sure they are valid. My own PGP key is included in the avkeys file, but may also be loaded seperately from publickey file.
XVS virus checker library
Current version is xvs.library version 33.41 (15.01.2004).
VirusZ III
Here you get newest version of anti virus tool VirusZ made by Georg Hörmann.
This program is based on xvs.library which contains antivirus knowledge of VirusZ. VirusZ is my personal favourite tool when thinking about background virus checking as well as virus desinfection. Georg created and maintains the xvs.library which is the main base for all modern Amiga virus checkers.
Current version is VirusZ III 1.02 (14.08.2004). Download from Aminet:

CheckX
This an virus scanner tool made by me (Dirk Stöcker). It uses xvs.library, xfdmaster.library and xadmaster.library to deeply scan archives and file. CheckX is a scanner-only commandline tool, but it has currently the best scanning engine when thinking about the possibilities of viruses to hide. CheckX supports all XAD and XFD features as well as the XVS library which does final virus detection. It is sad but true, that no other virus checker for Amiga supports the wide range of scanning techniques (although Georg tries to improve VirusZ).
This program is based on xvs.library which contains antivirus knowledge of VirusZ.
Current version is CheckX V1.94 (03.01.2003).
